The research overwhelmingly supports what we know to be true: women are inherently powerful, effective leaders. Gender inequality in the workplace is not a function of women lacking certain behaviors or holding certain perceptions or beliefs. The biggest barriers to women’s equality are organizational, social, and political barriers that impede women’s advancement.

Our individual e-learning modules, virtual cohort-based workshops, and custom curriculum educate individuals and organizations on these systemic barriers and provide evidence-based solutions for navigating bias and influencing systemic change.

Equity U provides a suite of educational programs that illuminate the systemic barriers impeding gender equity and provide participants with the tools to take action. Our courses and curriculum are built around our unique two-part educational model: 1) increasing bias literacy, the understanding of what bias is and how it impacts the workplace experiences of women, and 2) providing opportunities for participants to build confidence and capacity through interactive exercises.
